The Rotational Deep Cleaning System

The whole home deep-cleaned within two visits — then it keeps rotating.

Most recurring cleans only ever maintain the surface, so the deep jobs quietly pile up. Our Rotational Deep Cleaning System works differently. We split your home into two parts — the wet areas, your washrooms and kitchen, and the rest of the house. On Visit 1, the wet areas get the deep clean and the rest of the house gets a maintenance clean. On Visit 2, it switches: the rest of the house gets the deep clean and the wet areas get the maintenance clean. Within two visits, the whole home has been deep-cleaned — then it keeps rotating, so nothing is left to build up. Grout is porous, and so it is subject to staining by dirty mop water, spillage and other contaminants. A vacuum and a rented machine move dirty water around in the pile. Our extractor pulls the soil, dust mites, pet dander and allergens out of the carpet and out of your house.

Straight answers on stains

Most stains come out, including pet stains and the odour with them. If a stain is old enough to have damaged the carpet backing, we tell you that at the inspection — before you pay, not after.

Upholstery cleaning

Sofas, chairs and upholstered furniture hold the same dirt, body oils and allergens as your carpet — and they're cleaned with the same care. The soil is lifted out as it cleans, instead of being left behind in the fibres.

Can you get pet stains out?

Most of the time, yes — including the odour. Old, set-in stains that have damaged the carpet backing are the one thing we can't promise. We'll tell you straight during the inspection.

Do I need to move furniture?

We'll move sofas, chairs and coffee tables. Move valuables, electronics and anything fragile before we arrive.

How often should carpets be cleaned?

Once a year for most homes. Every 6 months with kids, pets or allergies.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Grout back to its original colour.

Every mop pushes dirty water into the grout — and grout is porous, so it keeps it. That's why the lines go dark even in a home that's mopped every week. We don't mop it again and call it clean: our proprietary Tile & Grout solution goes on the entire floor, tiles and grout lines are agitated by hand brush or floor machine, and a high-pressure extractor pulls the buildup out of the tile and grout pores. Seal it after, and the dirt has nowhere to soak back in.

How we clean it

Wondering how we will clean your Tiles & Grout?

Grout is porous, and so it is subject to staining by dirty mop water, spillage and other contaminants. To clean your tile and grout we will apply our proprietary Tile & Grout solution to your entire tiled floor. After that the tiles and grout lines are agitated using a hand brush or floor machines. The cleaning solution is then removed with a high pressure extractor designed to pull out dirt from the tiles and grout pores.

  • Step 1 — Apply. Our proprietary Tile & Grout solution goes on your entire tiled floor.
  • Step 2 — Agitate. Tiles and grout lines are worked with a hand brush or floor machines.
  • Step 3 — Extract. A high-pressure extractor pulls the solution — and the dirt — out of the tiles and grout pores.
  • Step 4 — Seal (your call). After the clean, we can also seal the tile and grout with a penetrating sealer. It soaks into the pores instead of sitting on top, and blocks stains and moisture from getting back in — so the clean lasts years, not months.

Why it works

Grout is a sponge

It soaks up mop water, spills and grease, and holds them in the pores. Scrubbing the surface doesn't reach it — pressurized extraction is what pulls it back out.

Sealing is the difference

Unsealed grout starts soaking up dirt again the first time you mop. Optional sealer blocks stains and moisture, so a kitchen or bathroom floor stays clean for years instead of months.
